Wi-Fi requirements

• 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network required (both V2 and Lite)

• No hub or bridge required — Mysa connects directly to your Wi-Fi

Phone requirements

• Mysa app available for iOS and Android

• A Mysa account (free) is required for setup and remote control

Smart home integration

Both V2 and Lite work with:

• Apple HomeKit

• Google Home

• Amazon Alexa

Common prebuy questions

Does it work without a Wi-Fi connection? Basic heating control at the thermostat itself works without Wi-Fi, but scheduling, remote control, geofencing, and smart home integration all require a Wi-Fi connection.

Does it work with 5 GHz Wi-Fi? No — Mysa requires a 2.4 GHz network. If your router broadcasts a combined 2.4/5 GHz network, check your router settings for a separate 2.4 GHz SSID if you have connectivity issues.

Do I need a separate hub like SmartThings or a bridge? No — Mysa connects directly to your home Wi-Fi network.
