Smart Alerts — Mysa for In-Floor Heating

Smart Alerts notify you when temperature or humidity in your home reaches specified thresholds. This helps you monitor conditions at vacation properties, prevent frozen pipes, or maintain comfortable humidity levels.

Available Alert Types

| Alert | Range |

| High Temperature | 16–40°C |

| Low Temperature | 1–15°C |

| High Humidity | 5–95% |

| Low Humidity | 5–95% |

Note If you enable both high and low humidity alerts, set them at least 5% apart.

Important: Alerts Use Ambient Sensor Only

Smart Alerts use the ambient temperature sensor built into the thermostat—not the floor sensor.

Caution Floor sensors are NOT compatible with Home Environment Alerts. Even if your thermostat is in Floor mode, alerts are based on the ambient room temperature.

Setting Up Smart Alerts

1. Open the Mysa app
2. Tap the menu (three lines, top left)
3. Tap Smart Alerts
4. Select the alert type (High Temp, Low Temp, High Humidity, Low Humidity)
5. Set your threshold value
6. Select which thermostats to monitor
7. Tap Save

How Alerts Work

• Notifications sent within 5 minutes of reaching your threshold
• One notification per thermostat per alert event
• Alerts appear in your phone's notification area even if the app is closed

Who Receives Alerts?

Only the primary account holder receives alert notifications. Shared users cannot receive alerts.

Managing Alerts

You can snooze, mute, or turn off alerts from the Smart Alerts page in the Mysa app.

Also check your phone's notification settings to ensure Mysa alerts aren't silenced.

Viewing Historical Data

Use the energy charts in the Mysa app to view past temperature and humidity trends.
