User Adjustable Temperature Differential / Swing
The temperature differential (also called swing) on your Mysa Smart Thermostat controls how far the room temperature can drift from your setpoint before heating or cooling turns on.
Adjusting this setting lets you fine‑tune the balance between comfort (tighter temperature control) and efficiency (less frequent cycling).
What Is Temperature Differential?
Your thermostat does not turn on the instant the room temperature moves by a fraction of a degree from your setpoint. Instead, it waits until the temperature drifts by a set amount — that amount is the temperature differential.
