Mysa return policy

If you're not satisfied with your purchase from Mysa's official website, you have a 30-day window from the purchase date to initiate a refund by notifying Mysa and following their return process. For detailed information, refer to Mysa Terms and Conditions

For items bought through authorized re-sellers, refund requests must be directed to them, adhering to their specific return and refund policies, which may vary from Mysa's.

If you are unsatisfied with your Mysa purchase from www.getmysa.com, you'll have 30-days from the date of purchase to notify Mysa, and request a refund for the purchase price. To request a refund you must go through the return process here.
