An H4 error can indicate an installation issue such as mis-wiring, or exceeding the maximum amperage and wattage limits of the Mysa device.

If this error occurs, please try to reboot your Mysa thermostat first - if the error clears you can continue operating Mysa as normal.

However, if this error does not clear please:

  1. Power your Mysa thermostat down at the breaker.
  2. Contact Mysa Support - as soon as possible for additional assistance.
  3. If you wish, replace the Mysa with your old thermostat while awaiting assistance.
