If your Mysa display is not coming on and the faceplate is not functional, you can do either of the following:

  • Turn off the circuit breaker connected to Mysa and then follow the step by step install guide here.
  • Remove the faceplate and check to ensure:
    1. The pins (pictured below) are aligned. If one is out of alignment, carefully press it back into alignment and place the faceplate back on the unit.
    2. Review if a green light is illuminated under the faceplate (This applies to V1-1 only)


If the options above do not correct this issue, please contact our support team and tell them if the green light is illuminated or not. We will proceed to assist and get this corrected as soon as possible!
