Can I change my username or email address associated with my Mysa Account?

No, we do not support the ability to change your email address that is associated with your Mysa account at this time. If you wish to change email addresses, please set up a new account and re-add your thermostats to the new account through the set up process. Once the thermostats have been transferred to your new Mysa account, ensure to delete the thermostats from your old account in the Mysa app or you will receive the automatic wifi disconnect email every 3 hours.
