You can claim a refund based on the Smart Energy Savings Guarantee by submitting a request here. This is only applicable to devices purchased from Mysa directly on www.getmysa.com on or after May 15, 2020.
Before submitting a claim for this refund, please ensure the following conditions have been met:
- The device was purchased within 12 months of the submission of your refund request;
- The device has been installed, connected to the internet, and in use for at least six months prior to your refund claim submission to be able to prove their benefits to you. During this time, customers must have used app features such as Scheduling to prove the energy-saving benefits of Mysa.
Along with the request, you’ll need to include your order number to confirm your purchase receipt. Your device(s) and all associated components must be returned in a fully functioning condition and in their original packaging.
Should your refund request be approved, our Customer Experience team will contact you to discuss the next steps in the return process.
Please note that costs incurred by the customer for professional installation and/or removal of the devices are not covered by the Smart Energy Savings Guarantee. Please note that Mysa will not cover the shipping cost for returned units; however, you will receive a shipping label via email.
