If you're encountering this issue, you'll need to ensure that the correct temperature format is set in three places:
- The Mysa App
- Alexa App
- Echo Device
If Alexa responds in the wrong temperature format, it likely has to do with the device-specific temperature format on your Echo Device. The following steps will help you fix this issue:
- Open the Amazon app and scroll the horizontal list all the way to the right.
- Tap 'All Devices'
- Tap the Echo device you are using to control your Mysa (ex. Echo Dot)
- Tap measurement units and change it to the correct temperature format. Pictured below
