Help! I didn't receive the verification code.

What you can do is search for verification code in your email by using the search bar at the top of your inbox. Mysa will send the verification email from the address noreply@getmysa.com

  1. Ensure that you are inputting your email address correctly. Check the spelling and there are no extra spaces or periods.
  2. You can try looking through your other folders (i.e. spam or junk).
  3. The email will be sent to the email that you used to create the account, so make sure you're looking there.

Note - One other thing you can do is tap Resend Verification Code and we'll resend it to the same email address.
