In order for a refund to be processed Mysa requires the returned unit the unit to be delivered, and pass through our fulfillment center.
Due to a number of variables, this can sometimes be delayed, whether the courier takes some extra time to deliver the product or perhaps our fulfillment center is particularly busy. Both of these variables can lead to a delay in the refund being processed.
We do encourage you to review the shipment details via the Tracking Number provided via the return process!
If you have determined the unit has been delivered for greater than 48 hours please contact our support team and we can further review the refund!
