Help, my Mysa in-floor keeps rebooting!

With the latest release of the Mysa In-Floor thermostat, we have preemptively found an issue that may occur with some pre-ordered version of the device.

When pairing the device it is not uncommon for the thermostat to enter a loop that will show the smiley face, and down arrow repeatedly! If this occurs on your device DO NOT attempt to re-pair the device, simply allow this to boot until the device is updated to the most stable firmware available!

If this does not stop after 20 cycles of the loop please reach out to our support team and we can assist further with this!

We do apologize for this occurring but the newest firmware will remove this loop, and give you complete control to the Mysa App for in-floor thermostats!
