In the latest update, Mysa added the ability to have multiple homes!
When accessing the updated app as a user you may have been asked to create an additional home, this often is defaulted to the primary home you see on the home screen.
If you are not seeing any thermostats then the first step is to ensure that these are not simply in another home by navigating to your other homes as shown below:
If your thermostats do appear under another home you can simply follow below to delete the second home!
Begin by navigating to the home you wish to delete:
After selecting this home simply select Remove Home!
Caution: This will remove all thermostats linked to this home
If you are unable to see your thermostats anywhere within the app please contact support!
