How do I set a schedule?

Mysa Smart Thermostats can help you save energy and keep you comfortable by creating a temperature schedule for you. There are three ways to create a schedule for your Mysas:

  1. Setting an Energy Star recommended schedule
  2. Using the scheduling wizard. 
  3. Creating a schedule from scratch.

You can make adjustments to any schedule that the Mysa app's Quick Scheduler makes for you, or if you prefer, you can create your own from scratch.

Using the Energy Star Recommended Schedule

  1. Open the Mysa app.
  2. In the top left corner of the Home screen, tap Menu.
  3. Tap Monday to Friday option
  4. Select the rooms or zones that you want to apply the schedule to.

Using the Scheduling Wizard

  1. Open the Mysa app.
  2. In the top left corner of the Home screen, tap Menu.
  3. Tap Quick Scheduler from one of the listed options in the side menu.
  4. Tap the Custom button to proceed. Follow the in-app instructions to complete the in-app wizard.

Creating the schedule from scratch

  1. Open the Mysa app.
  2. On the Home screen, tap the tile of thermostat you wish to make a temperature schedule for.
  3. In the bottom row of icons of the Thermostat screen, tap the Schedule icon.
  4. If no preset temperature schedule is found, the Mysa app will ask you to either set a temperature schedule manually or through the scheduling wizard. 
  5. In the top right-hand corner of the Scheduling screen, tap the Plus icon.
  6. An onscreen popup will appear with the options required to make a new temperature event. The options are: which days of the week to apply the temperature event, the time of day of the event, and the desired setpoint temperature. 
  7. Tap save to make/ add your temperature event to your thermostat's schedule.
  8. To delete a temperature event, tap the trash icon on the temperature event tile.
