Damage to thermostat due to improper installation is not covered under warranty.

Using an existing sensor

Prior to installation, please be sure to determine the resistance of your thermistor - this can be done using an ohmmeter which will display the resistance eg. 10KΩ. This will be pulled through the back of the in-floor thermostat before finishing the installation!

CAUTION: Please be sure not to connect the thermistor (sensor) wire to any wires on the back of the Mysa device

Identify the cables and wires before wiring, identify the panel and heater connections. Connect your Mysa using the supplied wire nuts.

The supply and load wires are not interchangeable. If Mysa's display doesn't light up after finishing installation, you may have wired the supply connections to the load connections or vice-versa. Re-check the wiring and then swap the supply and load wires if necessary.

For more detailed instructions or different wiring setups, download the Mysa app, tap on 'Install and Support', then 'Install'.
