If you're encountering this issue, you'll need to ensure that the correct temperature format is set in three places:
- The Mysa App
- Alexa App
- Echo Device
If Alexa responds in the wrong temperature format, it likely has do with the device specific temperature format on your Echo Device. The following steps will help you fix this issue:
- Open the Amazon app and scroll the horizontal list all the way to the right.
- Tap 'All Devices'
- Tap the Echo device you are using to control you Mysa (ex. Echo Dot)
- Tap measurement units and change it to the correct temperature format. Pictured below
