Mysa Smart Thermostat Firmware 2.4.0 (Released July 20th,2020)

  • We've improved how Mysas handle reconnect after disconnected from the Wi-Fi network due to a power outage, making sure your commands are sent reliably.
  • Some Mysas had shown the habit of clinging onto a Schedule that had been removed from the App, we've fixed this memory glitch.
  • Setting the minimum set point temperature above 5°C (41°F) will no longer prevent you from rebooting your Mysa by holding the "Down" arrow.
  • We also added a 10 seconds countdown animation when resetting your Mysas, so you know how long you still need to hold the up and down arrows for. And if you change your mind about resetting it, you can just let go of the up and down arrows.

To determine your firmware and version of Mysa:

1. Click into a thermostat in the Mysa App and then click the Gear icon in the top right corner. 

2. Scroll down until you see 'Device Information'.

3. The firmware will be presented as a number such as 2.7.5 

4. The model of Mysa will either be V1-0 or V1-1
