How do I return Mysa?

If you purchased Mysa from this website, please follow the return steps below.

Please note that Mysa will not cover the shipping cost for returned units, however you will receive a shipping label via email. 

If you purchased the product from an authorized reseller, you must request a refund directly from the reseller. Returns and requests for refunds are subject to the reseller’s return/refund policy, which may differ from Mysa's store policy.

Whats your refund policy?

If you are unsatisfied with your Mysa purchase from www.getmysa.com, you'll have 100 days from the date of purchase to notify Mysa, and request a refund for the purchase price. To request a refund you must go through the return process above. 

If you purchased the product from an authorized re-seller, you must request a refund directly from the re-seller. Returns and requests for refunds to re-sellers are subject to the re-seller's return/refund policy, which may differ from Mysa's store policy.
