How to create an account
Make sure you have downloaded the Mysa app in IOS/Android.
- Open the app, and select the 'create account' button
- The next screen is your information, you will be asked to fill in your first and last name, your country and your state/province, then press next.
- The next screen you will enter your email as well as your password. You will be asked to verify your password and agree to our Terms and Conditions. Press next.
- The final step is to enter the verification code that was sent to your email.
*Note- Your username for your account is simply the email address that you used to create the account. This is only needed if you wish to connect Mysa to other smart devices, such as Amazon Alexa or Apple HomeKit.
I didn't receive the verification code
What you can do is search for the email by using the search bar at the top of your inbox. You can try looking through your other folders (i.e. spam or junk). The email will be sent to the email that you used to create the account, so make sure you're looking there. One other thing you can do is tap Resend Verification Code and we'll resend it to the same email address.
How to login to the Mysa app
First, ensure that you have created a Mysa account. Once you have, when you go in to the app select login. This will open the login screen where you enter your email and your password that you have already created. If you have forgot your password, you can select 'Forgot Your Password?', where you can easily reset your password.
Can I install the Mysa App on a Windows or MAC computer?
At this time, the Mysa app can't be installed on a computer, and there are currently no plans to have a version released.
