Amazon Alexa responds in Celsius even though the Thermostat is set to Fahrenheit

If you're encountering this issue, you'll need to ensure that the correct temperature format is set in three places:

  1. The Mysa App
  2. Alexa App
  3. Echo Device

If Alexa responds in the wrong temperature format, it likely has do with the device specific temperature format on your Echo Device. To fix it.

1. Open the Amazon Alexa App and scroll the horizontal list to very right


2. Tap All Devices


3. Tap the Echo Device you are using to control Mysa


4. Tap Measurement Units and change it to the correct temperature format
