I find myself having to reset the inactive brightness regularly because it keeps changing from 10% to 0%.
This is an Apple Homekit issue. Homekit sets the inactive brightness to half of the active brightness. so half of 10% is 5%, however, the thermostat expects to receive brightness commands in increments of 10%. Sometimes the device rounds the 5% down to 0% making the display go off. For a temporary fix, we recommend setting the brightness to 20% in the Mysa app.
Changing the in-active brightness in the mobile app does not seem to do anything?
The best thing to do is to reboot your thermostat by turning the breaker off and on again. You should now be able to change both brightness settings
