My Mysa's are showing an exclamation point through them?

1. Hard reset the Mysa app

If your Mysa's are showing an exclamation point/mark over the thermostat, try hard resetting the Mysa app (force quit) the Mysa app and open the app again. 

2. Thermostats are still showing the exclamation point

This means your thermostats have disconnected from your WiFi router. Please follow the troubleshooting steps listed here.
