This article applies to a Mysa that is turning or powering on, but there's no heat coming from the heaters. or the heaters are not turning on;
1. Power is on at the main service panel.
Ensure the thermostat is receiving power from the main service panel. Power is on when Mysa's display is lit up.
2. Setpoint is above the room temperature
Hold Mysa's up arrow to raise the setpoint temperature above the room temperature. The heater should start to warm up within two minutes. If not, contact a qualified electrician to check your thermostat and heater.
3. Heater cables are wired to Mysa's load wire
Please ensure that you have wired your heater to Mysa's load wire. If there's more than one heater in the room, bundle the heater's cables together in the gang box and wire to Mysa's load wire. For detailed installations resources, click here.
