What happens to my schedule if the power or Internet goes out?

I only lost power 

Mysa will automatically re-connect to the Internet, sync its internal clock, and then resume following the schedule.

I only lost Internet

Mysa will still operate your system as expected even when your internet goes out since your schedule is stored on the thermostat itself.

I lost power and Internet

Mysa will hold the previous setpoint until an internet connection is re-established. 

Your thermostat will automatically try to reconnect to your network at regular intervals. If your thermostat remains offline in the Mysa app for an extended period of time, it was unable to reconnect to your home Wi-Fi network. If your thermostat was unable to reconnect on its own, here are some steps you can take.
