Troubleshooting: Error Linking Google Home/Assistant with Mysa

Here are some steps to try if you're having trouble linking Google Home/Assistant with Mysa:

  • Ensure that you authorized the correct Mysa account to your Google Home account. This is the same email address you used to create your Mysa account.
  • Disable and re-enable the link between Google/Mysa in the Google Home/Assistant app.
  • You’ll need to make sure the thermostats are online in the Mysa app on your phone before giving a voice command to Google. For networking and connectivity troubleshooting, click here.

Troubleshooting: Thermostat isn’t responding when you use a voice command

  • Ensure that you are clearly calling the thermostat by its correct name as indicated in the Google Home app. Short names with fewer syllables are better
  • You’ll need to make sure the thermostats are online in the Mysa app on your phone before giving a voice command to Google. For networking and connectivity troubleshooting, click here.
  • Ensure that your thermostat is connected to the Google device. You can check to see if your thermostat is connected in your the Google Home app If not, please follow the set-up instructions above.
  • You haven't renamed your thermostats in the Mysa app. If you have, disable and re-enable the link between Google/Mysa.

If none of the above steps works, it often helps to disable and re-enable the link between Google / Mysa
