What’s your refund policy?

If you are unsatisfied with your Mysa purchase from www.getmysa.com, you'll have 100 days from the date of purchase to notify Mysa, and request a refund of the purchase price.

If you purchased the product from an authorized re-seller, you must request a refund directly from the re-seller. Returns and requests for refunds to re-sellers are subject to the re-seller's return/refund policy, which may differ from Mysa's store policy.
