What’s your refund policy?

If you are unsatisfied with your Mysa purchase from getmysa.com, you have 100 days from the date of purchase to notify Mysa, and request a refund of the purchase price.

If you purchased the Product from an authorized reseller, you must request a refund directly from the reseller. Returns, and requests for refunds, to resellers are subject to the reseller’s return/refund policy, which may differ from Mysa's store policy.
