What happens when my power goes out?

If a power outage occurs, all the schedules and settings you have set up will be saved in our cloud, so that none of your preferences will be lost. When the power comes back on, the thermostat simply picks up where it left off and adjusts at the next set point change.

If you make any changes to your schedule while the power is out, the changes will be implemented when the power comes back on and your device is connected to the internet again.
