In order for a refund to be processed Mysa requires the returned unit to be shipped.
Due to a number of variables, this can sometimes be delayed, whether the courier takes some extra time to deliver the product.
These variables can lead to a delay in the refund being processed.
We do encourage you to review the shipment details via the Tracking Number provided via the return process!
If you have determined the unit has been delivered for more than 48 hours, please contact our support team and we can further review the refund!
