How do I return / refund my Mysa purchase?Updated a month ago

If you are unsatisfied with your Mysa purchase from, you'll have 30-days from the date of purchase to notify Mysa, and request a refund for the purchase price. To request a refund you must go through the return process below:

Please note that Mysa will cover the shipping cost for returned units, however, you will receive a shipping label via E-Mail.

If you purchased the product from an authorized reseller, you must request a refund directly from the reseller. 

Returns and requests for refunds are subject to the reseller’s return/refund policy, which may differ from Mysa's store policy.
