Energy Charting

Energy Charting helps you see patterns in your HVAC usage—when your system runs the most, which stages are being used, and where you might save money by adjusting temperatures or schedules. View daily, weekly, and monthly runtime breakdowns.

Runtime by Relay

A unique feature for the Mysa Smart Thermostat is the ability to see runtime broken down by relay:

  • Heat Stage 1 — Primary heating

  • Heat Stage 2 — Secondary heating (if your system supports it)

  • Aux/Emergency Heat — Backup heating

  • Cooling Stage 1 — Primary cooling

  • Cooling Stage 2 — Secondary cooling (if your system supports it)

This helps you understand how your system operates and identify if it's relying heavily on less efficient stages like aux heat.

Daily View

In the daily view, you can also see:

  • Set point temperature — Your target temperature throughout the day

  • Ambient room temperature — Actual measured temperature

  • Humidity — Room humidity levels

How to View Runtime

  1. Open the Mysa app and select your thermostat

  2. Tap the Energy Chart icon (bottom middle of the screen)

  3. View your runtime by day, week, or month

  4. Tap on specific relays to see individual stage runtime

Note The Energy Chart only shows data when your HVAC system has been running. If you're viewing during the off-season, the chart may be empty.
