Updating Billing and Shipping Addresses

Updating Your Billing Address

  1. Sign into account.getmysa.com

  2. Go to Settings (or Account Settings)

  3. Find Billing Address and click Edit

  4. Update your info and click Save

Important: this only affects future orders — it does not change the billing address on orders you've already placed.

Updating Your Shipping Address

  1. Sign into your account and go to Settings

  2. Find Shipping Address (or Default Address) and click Edit

  3. Update your info and click Save

For orders already placed:

  • You can't change the shipping address on an order that's already shipped

  • If it hasn't shipped yet, contact support to request a change

  • If it has shipped, you can accept the delivery or contact the carrier to redirect it
