Accessing Your Mysa Store Account

Your Mysa store account is created automatically when you make your first purchase on the Mysa website. It's separate from your app account — see Understanding Your Mysa Accounts for the difference.

Signing In

  1. Go to account.getmysa.com

  2. Enter your email and password

  3. Tap Sign in

Tip: you can also get there from getmysa.com by clicking the account icon (top right) and selecting Account.

Forgot Your Password?

  1. On the sign-in page, click Forgot your password?

  2. Enter your email address

  3. Check your email for a reset link

  4. Follow the link to create a new password

  5. Return to account.getmysa.com and sign in with your new password
