Adjusting Brightness

  1. On the Home screen of the Mysa app, tap your thermostat's card

  2. Tap the Gear icon (top right)

  3. Scroll to Thermostat Display Settings

  4. Adjust inactive (idle) and active (in-use) brightness levels

Setting inactive brightness to 0% turns the display off when idle — touch buttons still work. Useful for bedrooms.

Adaptive Brightness (V2 and Gen3)

V2 and Gen3 have ambient light and proximity sensors that support Adaptive Brightness and Wake on Approach. Lite and V1 do not have these features — set brightness manually instead using the steps above.
