Viewing Order History

Sign into account.getmysa.com
Click Orders (or "Order History")
See all your orders with order number, date, total, and current status
Click any order for full details — items, quantities, prices, shipping address, and tracking info

Tip: your most recent orders appear at the top of the list.

Sign into your account and click Orders
Find the order you want to track
Open it and look for the Tracking number or View shipping status link
Click through to see real-time shipment updates: current location, estimated delivery, and delivery history

You can also track via email — your shipping confirmation email includes a tracking link you can click anytime.

Note: tracking updates can take a few hours after an order ships. If your order just shipped, wait a bit and refresh the tracking page.

Include your order number when reaching out about a specific order.
