Using Zones

Zones

Zones let you group two or more thermostats together so they share the same schedule and temperature setpoint.

Note Zones are available on V2 and V1 only. Lite does not support Zones.

How Zones Work

When thermostats are in a zone:

• They share the same schedule
• Changing the temperature in the app changes all thermostats in the zone
• If you change the temperature directly on the device, only that thermostat changes — it will have a different setpoint from the rest of the zone
• Each thermostat still heats based on its own temperature sensor

This is useful for open-concept spaces or rooms with multiple heaters that should work together.

Creating a Zone

1. Open the Mysa app
2. Tap Zones from the menu
3. Tap Create Zone
4. Name your zone (e.g., "Living Area" or "Upstairs")
5. Select the thermostats to include
6. Tap Save

Managing Zones

Adding a Thermostat to a Zone

1. Go to Zones
2. Select the zone
3. Tap Edit
4. Add the thermostat
5. Tap Save

Removing a Thermostat from a Zone

1. Go to Zones
2. Select the zone
3. Tap Edit
4. Remove the thermostat
5. Tap Save

The thermostat will return to independent operation with its own schedule.

Deleting a Zone

1. Go to Zones
2. Select the zone
3. Tap Delete Zone

All thermostats in the zone will return to independent operation.

Zone Schedules

Zones have their own schedule that applies to all thermostats in the zone. Individual thermostat schedules are replaced by the zone schedule.

If you remove a thermostat from a zone, you'll need to set up a new schedule for it.

Note Saved Schedules cannot be applied to Zones.
