Invoice and Receipt Requests
Mysa provides order confirmations and receipts by email. If you need a copy of your receipt or a formal invoice, here's how to get one.
Order Confirmation Email
When you place an order on getmysa.com, you automatically receive an order confirmation email that includes:
- Your order number
- Items purchased and quantities
- Pricing breakdown (subtotal, taxes, shipping, discounts)
- Shipping address
- Payment method used
Tip Check your spam or junk folder if you don't see your confirmation email. It is sent from Mysa's order system immediately after purchase.
Accessing Your Receipt
You can access your order receipt at any time through your Mysa store account:
- Go to account.getmysa.com
- Sign in to your store account
- Navigate to your order history
- Select the order you need a receipt for
- View or print the order details
Note Your store account at account.getmysa.com is separate from your Mysa app account. If you haven't created a store account, you can do so using the email address from your order.
Requesting a Formal Invoice
If you need a formal invoice for business purposes, expense reimbursement, or warranty claims:
- Email support@getmysa.com with your order number
- Specify any details you need on the invoice (company name, billing address, tax ID, etc.)
- Our team will generate and send a formal invoice within 1-2 business days
Duplicate or Replacement Receipts
If you need a duplicate copy of your original order confirmation:
- Email support@getmysa.com with your order number or the email address used for the purchase
- Our team will resend the order confirmation to your email on file
Important For security, receipts and invoices can only be sent to the email address associated with the order.
