Note Your iPhone/iPad and Mysa must be on the same Wi-Fi network during setup.

HomeKit Automations
Automate your thermostats based on time, location, or other triggers:
- Open the Apple Home app
- Tap Automation
- Tap + to create a new automation
- Choose a trigger (time of day, when you leave, when you arrive, etc.)
- Select your Mysa thermostats and set the action
Troubleshooting
Mysa not appearing in Home app:
- Make sure your Mysa is online in the Mysa app first
- Your iPhone and Mysa must be on the same Wi-Fi network during setup
- Check that Bluetooth is enabled on your iPhone
HomeKit stops responding:
- Check that your Mysa is online in the Mysa app
- Try removing and re-adding the thermostat in HomeKit
- Restart your HomeKit hub (Apple TV, HomePod, or iPad)
"No Response" in Home app:
- Your Mysa may be offline — check Wi-Fi connection
- Try power cycling the thermostat at the breaker
- Remove from HomeKit and re-add
Removing from HomeKit
- Open the Apple Home app
- Long-press on your Mysa thermostat
- Scroll down and tap Remove Accessory
This only removes the HomeKit connection — your thermostat stays connected to the Mysa app.
