What You Can Do
Once connected, you can:

- Control Mysa from Nest Hub displays
- Use Google Home app for quick adjustments
Google Assistant Voice Commands

- "Hey Google, what's the temperature in the [room name]?"
- "Hey Google, what's the [room name] set to?"
- "Hey Google, what is the humidity in the [room name]?" (V2 and V1 only)
Set Temperature
- "Hey Google, set the [room name] to [temperature]"
- "Hey Google, set the temperature in the [room name] to [temperature]"
Adjust Temperature
- "Hey Google, increase the temperature in the [room name]"
- "Hey Google, decrease the temperature in the [room name]"
- "Hey Google, turn up the [room name]"
- "Hey Google, turn down the [room name]"
Turn Off
- "Hey Google, turn off the [room name] thermostat"
- "Hey Google, set the [room name] thermostat to off"
Google Home Routines
Create routines to automate your thermostats:
- Open the Google Home app
- Tap Automations at the bottom
- Tap + Add to create a new routine
- Set a starter (time, voice command, sunrise/sunset, etc.)
- Add an action — tap Adjust home devices then select your Mysa
- Set the temperature
Example routines: "Good morning" (warm up the house), "Leaving home" (set back temperatures), "Bedtime" (lower for sleeping).
Household Routines
Google Home supports household routines that can trigger based on when anyone leaves or arrives:
- Open the Google Home app
- Tap Automations
- Create a Household routine
- Set the trigger (when everyone leaves, when first person arrives)
- Add your Mysa thermostats as actions
This works similarly to Mysa's built-in geofencing feature.
Troubleshooting
Google Home can't find Mysa:
- Make sure your Mysa is online in the Mysa app first
- In the Google Home app, go to Settings > Works with Google > Mysa and tap Reconnect
- Try unlinking and relinking your Mysa account
Commands not working:
- Use the exact room name assigned in Google Home
- Try rephrasing: "Hey Google, set [room name] thermostat to [temperature]"
- Check that your Mysa is online in the Mysa app
Account won't link:
- Make sure you're using your Mysa account credentials (not Google)
- Check your internet connection
- Try again in a few minutes
Temperature shows wrong:
- Google Home uses your Mysa app's temperature unit setting
- Check the unit setting in the Mysa app (Settings > Temperature Format)
Unlinking from Google Home
- Open the Google Home app
- Tap Settings (gear icon)
- Tap Works with Google
- Find and tap Mysa
- Tap Unlink account
