Account Sharing — Mysa for In-Floor Heating

Share access to your Mysa thermostats with family members, housemates, or guests so they can control the temperature from their own phones.
How Sharing Works
- The primary account holder owns the thermostats and home
- Shared users can control thermostats but have limited settings access
- Each shared user needs their own Mysa account

Note Shared users cannot receive Smart Alert notifications. Only the primary account holder receives alerts.
Inviting a Shared User
- Open the Mysa app
- Tap the menu (three lines, top left)
- Tap Home Settings
- Tap Shared Users
- Tap Invite User
- Enter their email address
- Tap Send Invite
The invited user receives an email with instructions to accept the invitation.
Accepting an Invitation
- Check your email for the invitation
- Click the link or open the Mysa app
- Create a Mysa account (or sign in if you have one)
- Accept the invitation
The shared home appears in your app.
Removing a Shared User
- Open the Mysa app
- Tap the menu (three lines, top left)
- Tap Home Settings
- Tap Shared Users
- Tap the user you want to remove
- Tap Remove
